Ba Zhen Soup
当归片, 白芍,茯苓,首乌,党参,玉竹,白术,熟地,炙草,枸杞,川芎
Dang Gui, White Peony Root, Poria, He Shou Wu, Codonopsis, Polygonatum, Atractylodes, Prepared Rehmannia, Honey-fried Licorice, Goji Berries, Sichuan Lovage Root.
补益气血,润肤养颜
Tonifies Qi and blood, nourishes the skin, and enhances complexion.
全家喝 | Whole family
把药材放入锅中,倒入约16饭碗的水(3200ml)。
加入一只乌鸡。
大火煮开后转小火煮30分钟。
Put the herbs in a pot or slow cooker. Pour in 16 bowls (3200ml) of water.
Add a whole black chicken.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
一个人喝
For individual consumption
把药材放入锅中。
倒入约2-3饭碗的水(400-600ml)。
加入一只黑鸡腿肉。
大火煮开后转小火煮成一碗分量。
把煮好的汤倒出。
再添加约2-3饭碗的水量入锅中, 再煮成一碗分量。
把两碗煮好的汤混合,再分成两碗,早晚喝。
Put the herbs in a pot or slow cooker.
Pour in 2-3 bowls (400-600ml) of water.
Add a black chicken drumstick (optional)
Bring to a boil and reduce on low heat to 200ml.
Pour out the mixture into another bowl.
Add another 2-3 bowls of water and reduce as in steps 4.
Mix the 2 reduced mixture together and drink one bowl once in the morning and once at night.
