1. 把药包取出放入腰带里。(药包的深色面向着宝宝肚脐)

  2. 把腰带的药包处贴着宝宝的肚脐。

  3. 宝宝洗澡前30分钟取下腰带。

  4. 宝宝洗完澡后30分钟再把腰带戴上。

  5. 若宝宝皮肤痒或发红，立即将腰带取下。
