急性湿疹外洗方
Herbal Bath for Acute Eczema

  1. 800ml的水大火煮15分钟。

  2. 小火煮45分钟。

  3. 倒出来后方一边降温38度～40度。

  4. 用小毛巾或纱布冷湿敷患处， 每次敷15分钟 （纱布清洗后可以重用）

  1. 800ml water to boil under high heat for 15 minutes.

  2. Simmer for 45 minutes.

  3. Pour it out to cool til 38°C ~ 40°C.

  4. Use a small towel or gauze to cold compress on the affected area for 15 minutes each time. (The gauze can be reused after proper cleaning.)
